I think (without getting to mathmatically technical) that time actually does go by faster as you get older... Example: when I was a year old a month was 1/12 of my whole lifetime but now for me at 36 one month is only 1/432 of my life... a much smaller (and faster) length of time. Make sense?
I have been thinking about this lately and especially today being that it is my anniversary which makes it more so. Bleh. 16 years in a blink. 40 went even faster. I doubt I will be here in 16 more years much less 40 so yeah today's entry matched my mood on life today.
I'm still trying to figure it out. Yesterday I was 28, today 48. What happened? Tomorrow my DIL goes into the hospital to induce labor and I will become a "grandmother." I still cant believe it!

Great minds think alike SP. Or demented ones. Whichever....
Doc, I see your point and it is a good one. Doesn't make me feel less unhappy that my life is speeding by but it makes sense nonetheless.

Now that we have crested the hill and started the down hill rush lets all sit back and enjoy not pedalling.
Those of you that still have hair enjoy the rush of the wind through it.
Turn up your hearing aids to hear the birdies and let the loose skin flap in the breeze
You know you are rotten, right? To the core.....
Thanks! You've made my fucking weekend. Just what a 63 year-old needs to hear.
